Well, Matt Taibi tries to explain what happened to the general populace (the average Joe) which is for the most part economically illiterate.
The fact that people are mobilizing in protest means that the average Joe is aware that he’s being duped yet with no leadership and no real agenda it only means one thing: it won’t work and we’re doomed.
